1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, booking our services, or purchasing products from Vasudev Photography ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services, website, or mobile app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require an advance payment to confirm your date. The advance amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• The balance payment is due on or before the day of the event/session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment. Until payment is received, your date is not guaranteed.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and Razorpay (cards, net banking, wallets).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as we reserve your date exclusively and turn away other inquiries.
• If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 15 days in advance. We will attempt to reschedule your session to an alternate available date at no additional charge (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will forfeit the full advance amount with no rescheduling option.
• In the event that Vasudev Photography must cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, we will either arrange an experienced substitute photographer or offer a full refund of the advance amount.
• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• No refunds will be issued for digital deliverables (photos, videos, reels) once they have been delivered and accessed.

4. Delivery of Products

Physical products (prints, albums, framed portraits) are shipped after careful quality inspection by our team to ensure they are in perfect condition before dispatch.

Orders will be delivered within 4 business days. Delivery time depends on the distance between our studio in Bethamcherla, Andhra Pradesh and your delivery address. Estimated timeframes:

Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order confirmation and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or natural events beyond our control. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 1 business day of delivery for eligible products.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom or personalized products (prints, albums, framed photos) once delivered.
• If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage.
• On verification, we will arrange a free replacement or credit note at our discretion.
• The replacement/exchange item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
• Damaged claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
• Digital files (photos, videos, reels) cannot be returned or refunded once delivered and downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All photographs, films, and creative content produced by Vasudev Photography remain the intellectual property of Vasudev Photography.
• Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered images for personal purposes (social media, printing for personal use, sharing with family).
• Commercial use of our photographs requires a separate written license agreement.
• We reserve the right to use event photographs for our portfolio, website, mobile application, and social media marketing materials. You may opt out by informing us in writing before the event.
• Clients must not edit, filter, or alter the delivered photographs in a way that misrepresents our work, particularly when crediting our studio.

7. Conduct at Events

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any venue restrictions, restricted areas, or photography limitations before the event.
• We are not responsible for missed shots due to access restrictions, poor lighting beyond our control, or non-cooperation from guests.
• The safety and wellbeing of our team members must be ensured throughout the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accidents, or unforeseen technical issues, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
• We are not responsible for delays in digital delivery caused by internet outages, server downtime, or courier failures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, India.
